hey @notoriouswitch / @dazzlingfeline, when i drunkenly commissioned you, i felt bad for only being able to give you half the price of your theme- –   even though i requested the theme in its current state, you insisted you would add the pop ups for no charge. i agreed.  i paid you because you made it pressing, as if the theme was just about to be finished. 

however, 3+ weeks after i commissioned you, you still didn’t finish, and you pretty much ghosted on me – not IMing me with updates or anything, despite me having paid you $17.89 for my theme already. 

so i approached you and asked for my money back, which was a week ago. you said you were going to at the time. i just want my money back, which i haven’t recieved, and i would appreciate if you wouldn’t scam me or anyone else.

i’m not sure if anyone else has had any problems with this user, but i’ve definitely learned my lesson about commissioning. 

_{oh boy, angi (or your new pseudonym, jia), i don’t know where to start to be quite honest. maybe that i predicted something along these lines for months now and i have genuinely tried to warn you? for everyone who doesn’t know, angi and i used to be friends. good friends. and then a whole lot of stuff happened, which i don’t really want to go into detail as of now. this isn’t a callout post because of a broken friendship, but a reblog to confirm that yes, this is true and yes, this has occurred several times before.}

_{bear with me - i lack quite a bunch of screencaps that don’t allow me to see anywhere past the 16th march 2017. i use skype mobile more than anything tbh. but, let me tell you,  this has been an issue for months now  AND  that i tried to warn you. i did - i tried to make you understand that you cannot make someone pay upfront. this is not only a bad business practice (and yes, you very much can call it that) but also incredible rude, because you simply don’t want to give people their money back unless they argue with you for hours and call in other people to help them stand their ground.} 

_{i’ve always told you that this would bite you in the back one day, so let’s start with how our friendship broke off: because i was telling you what to do. or to be more exact, i told you several times to not demand payment upfront. you have done a whole stuff of bullshit - making people wait for 9 months on no end. i recall how back in february or january we had a long conversation about how annoying your commissioners were and how they would always come and ask when you are ready. to be honest? so would i when i have already paid. i have never commissioned you - so i cannot speak of how you treat your customers or how you do your commissions, but i want to add this because it as well speaks louder. however, if the two other people involved add their stuff i am certain they can talk more on it.}

_{so, you TOOK ICONS FROM HOLLOW ART AND SOLD THEM. yes, you heard me correctly. i heard of this from a very good friend of mine who is friends with the person that you scammed. up to today the only reason why i think you didn’t believe me  that it was not the scammed person who messaged me (despite providing conversation screencaps) was to be able to run around and blame the person who commissions you for being so awful and coming to me. to be able to blame anyone but yourself. perhaps as well to talk shit about me - i don’t know but at this point i wouldn’t be surprised. (you have done it with others before. as well with me but as it is ‘a year ago and i changed’ i will rather include the more recent screencaps from a month ago). so, i messaged you in regards to the icon issue from hollow art:
chat one, chat two, chat three, chat four. here is the confirmation from that person & you still believing that they came to me.
all in all, you did it but just with one person. that’s bad enough imo and later on a reason why i threw you off of that masterlist. you don’t scam people, no matter whether it’s one or two or twenty.}

_{a lot of personal drama happened afterwards. i made a post about  not wanting to be a part of other people’s drama. of course you messaged me about it. two days later. two days. as if you were checking out my blog on purpose. this post didn’t name drop - how can friends of yours know unless you told them about me, which then, confirms my idea that you spoke with others about me.  if anyone wants to know what has occurred in this conversation they are free to ask me, but it was a lot about who messaged who and her twisting accusations again. also, a very fitting ‘i do my commissions and you do yours’ and ‘stop telling me what to do’ stuff when i told her once again that payment upfront is shite. well, now many other people are ‘telling you what to do’ again. i hope you don’t see them as ass kissers or elitist tumblr cunts. if you want to make people happy then don’t scam them for their money.} 

_{the person who was scammed for their icons tried to get their money back and messaged me & another friend during the time that angi was chatting with them. these are parts of the chat i received on my end: chat one, chat two. i think all of these speak volumes on how a person literally just asked for their money back and was ‘playing the victim’. i wasn’t a part of this and cannot speak about the chat itself a lot, but maybe mentioned person adds something to it or the other friend who, also, commissioned angi. it is commonly known that she is scamming people.  idk whether you will get your money back, and i don’t know whether she spent it on this.  i am sorry.}

i want to start this out by saying i HATE callout posts, but i hardly even see this as a callout. if anything this is a WARNING. i also want to say that angi and i used to be friends. angi, marie, and myself. we’d talk together often, or just one on one with each other, but we all knew each other well enough to talk daily. with that said, i also need to say that i was scammed of money as well. it was only 10 euros, so it’s hardly a huge deal, but this has been happening to my friends ( and now other people, i’m finding out ), and that’s not okay. and just like marie, this is not being reblogged because of a broken friendship. this is being reblogged because angi continues to push the blame for her wrongdoings on others, and continues to take money from people without being able to pay back the money she promises them.

we’ll start with these messages over my theme specifically ( each of these words previous are a link ). here are more ( same convo; each previous word is a link, aside from parenthesized words ). she changed her skype immediately after she stopped messaging me, so please believe me when i say this is definitely angi. in the “my” link, you’ll see where angi gave me my 10 euro “voucher”, of which i haven’t been able to use, nor has she given me any of it back. the entire time she continued to say how i’d never asked for different backgrounds for my code, and just so happened to delete my form so that neither of our sides could be proven or disproved. furthermore, HERE is a link to the last conversation we had over all, and throughout all of it she continued to try and say i never wanted any of what i asked for, that i never asked for it up front. in reality, i ALWAYS would ask for that shit. whether it was from angi or from marie, i asked for the same things every single time. not to mention, angi also guilt-tripped me into commissioning a theme from her because i’d commissioned marie instead ( found HERE ). she said she’d been joking, but that was not a joke. she wasn’t happy, and unfortunately skype won’t let me go back far enough to show that specific message. she continued to tell me i hadn’t ordered what i had, in short so she didn’t have to deliver / do extra work. 

and again, she owes me money, of which i have not gotten back nor have i been compensated for a single cent of it in any other way. i do not like drama, i do not like callout posts, and if i can help it this will be the ONLY one i ever reblog and add to, but this is not just about drama. this is about someone taking money from others, promising compensation or to pay back, and never doing either. not to mention, i commissioned a theme from angi back in OCTOBER of last year for a giveaway prize, and the person that won it still hasn’t gotten said theme EVEN AFTER PAYING EXTRA for more features and to speed up the delivery date. she also asked for another theme after that, and hasn’t been given anything for either theme. this evidence is already in marie’s reblog, this friend is the same one that commissioned icons and got hollow-art icons ( and had to pay for them ). this friend was also promised to receive 45 euros back ( even though she should have been given back MUCH more money ) after an argument / talk, and this friend hasn’t gotten a single cent still.

this is a warning post, not necessarily a callout, because people need to be WARNED about this. angi used to be a great person, and maybe she still is, but what she’s doing now isn’t right. i know of more than 6 people that this has happened to now with her, and i don’t want to even think about how many others this might have happened to. i love you all so much, so please don’t think less of me for reblogging this post. i just want to keep people from having to experience this.
